Pets only with prior consultation and approval. No parties or events, and no smoking inside the house.

What is the minimum stay and the price?

The minimum stay is 2 nights. The nightly price, in US dollars (USD), is calculated in the site calendar for the chosen dates.

What amenities are there?

A wood-burning fireplace in the living room, Wi-Fi, a porch, exposed brick, stone and metal roofs, and open skies without light pollution. A pool, quincho and grill are planned and may change.

The house

A house made for staying.

The Lake House Monte was born from a simple idea: rest should be the only thing you have to plan. Walls with exposed brick and stone details, metal roofs, a porch with a lounge and a grill, and windows that look out onto the green.

Inside, wooden beams, soft light and a large stone wood-burning fireplace that turns any cold afternoon into an occasion. Outside, the countryside, the open sky and the lagoon just steps away.

We are finishing the construction. The images on this site are renders and illustrations of the project; real photos will arrive with the opening.
